The Mozilla Metrics team in their role as data services for Mozilla is developing a new data storage and processing infrastructure for the Socorro crash report system. This new system uses Hazelcast to provide a distributed highly available layer that provides queue management, meta-data / operational metrics, and persistence and indexing abstraction.
