Community organised Hackathons
Berlin Buzzwords is a great place to meet the developers behind successful scalability projects. However two days seems almost too short to really get into all the nitty-gritty technical details of the projects presented.
As a result we introduced the concepts of community organised hackathons for the first time this year. Each session is open for free to Berlin Buzzwords attendees, so don't forget to bring your batch to the Hackathon. Please check with your favourite Hackathon for what equipment to bring and what content exactly to expect.
Each Hackathon is hosted either by a research group or at a local company supporting Berlin Buzzwords. As space is limited please make sure to register for the Hackathon you are planning to attend. We are providing space for small groups of up to 20 people - so expect focused, in-depth sessions joined by active project committers and contributors.
In addition there will be trainings organised by third party providers. Please note that registration for trainings is separate from the Berlin Buzzwords registration.
To get an idea of what events are planned keep an eye on our schedule for the weekend before as well as the days after the main conference.
If you have not done so already book your ticket now and have a great excuse to travel to Berlin this summer.
